Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Salade, we strive to deliver fresh, healthy, and delicious meals straight to your doorstep. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully to understand how we handle such situations.

Order Cancellation

Time-Sensitive Orders: As we prepare your order fresh and on-demand, cancellations must be made within 15 minutes of placing the order.

Post-Preparation Cancellations: Once the order has been processed, prepared, or dispatched, we will not be able to accept a cancellation.

Eligible Refunds: Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
- If the order was cancelled within the allowed timeframe.
- If you received the wrong item(s).
- If the food delivered was damaged or not in a consumable condition.
- If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason.
Refund Method: Refunds, once approved, will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Non-Refundable Cases:
- Change of mind after order preparation or dispatch.
- Delay in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. traffic, weather, or incorrect address provided).
- Dissatisfaction based on personal taste preferences.

For subscription meal plans, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next scheduled delivery to avoid being charged.
Partial refunds for subscription periods already started will not be provided unless due to service issues from our end.
